4-H BOWLING CLUB TO ORGANIZE

Custer County youth interested in learning how to bowl and having FUN, you should join the 4-H Bowling Club.
The club will be for boys and girls, ages 8-18, by January 1, 2008, according to Colleen Peterson, 4-H Aide at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln Extension - Custer County Office.

The club will meet for six consecutive weeks on Sunday afternoons at Pleasure Lanes in Broken Bow. The first meeting will be held on Sunday, February 3, 3:30 - 6:00 p.m. Cost of this six-week program will be $60.00 (includes 4-H membership fee, insurance, shoe rental, and 3 games per meeting). Adult leadership for the club will be provided by Adam Glendy, Broken Bow.

To sign up for the 4-H Bowling Club, the youth participant and their parent/guardian must complete registration forms at the Extension Office and pay the $60.00 fee. The club will be limited to the first 24 paid registrations. Registration deadline is January 25, 2008.
